HTC One Mini: Can't root and now cannot go back to stock

I have HTC One mini RUS I have tried to root and used TWRP 2.6.3.3, its wrights Entering recovery and then starts as usual.
Then i have tried to return to stock but when i run rumrunner its says that my phone must be rooted so now I cannot return to stock.

Please anybody advice me something

I think you need S OFF to do that. Not sure though.

Yes you are right but when I'm trying to turn s-off it says your phone must be rooted.
