htc one mini problems

Ok so I have had this HTC one mini for about 4 months over the last two days the back button stopped working and now the screen is not responding to my touch as accurately anymore. Have done a soft reset recalibrated the screen and even keyboard. Is there anyone else that has had this problem and can help me? It's frustrating to no end

Welcome to Android Central! Any recent drops or water exposure? Have you tried a full factory data reset? It's something to consider if all else fails, although it will wipe the phone, so make sure you back up your data first.
