HTC One possibly bricked

So I sold my HTC One. I factory reset, and formatted all my data which left the phone without any OS. To make things worse Android File Transfer won't recognize the phone while I'm on bootloader. Any ideas on what I can do or is there no hope for it?

I think an RUU can possibly get you out of this. I have no idea how to do it though.
