HTC One pre Orders Starting April 5th?

Why is AT&T charging $50 more than everyone else? I thought Samsung was behind that ridiculous $250 price tag for the basic model S4, looks like it's just an AT&T thing.

AT&T started charging $50 more for iPhone models a year or so ago, maybe starting with the 4S. Sounds like a simple money grab to me.

That's only off contract iPhones, on contract they are still the same price they have always been.

It also applied to early upgraders, I just found out. Those with full upgrades weren't affected. I remember now because I've always been an early upgrader with partial subsidy.

The 5th would have been my guess for pre-orders since the pre-registration deadline is the 4th! Yes, it could get delayed yet again, but the wording of the T&Cs of the pre-registration offer made me believe that it would be the final date.

Does anyone know how many months it takes on an AT&T contract to be eligible for the early upgrade ($250 plus price if subsidized phone?)

AT&T pre-orders start the 4th and it will go on sale the 19th. It will be $199 for the 32GB and $299 for the 64GB.

i want to know about best buy. because i have that $50 gift card off when registering in jan.

You can pre-order for Sprint from Best Buy in stores starting today, April 2, and online April 5.

I want to leave AT&T in the dust and say buh-bye! That whole only can get the 64GB model from AT&T is very petty. 32GB is good enough for me.

Actually, shouldn't you be annoyed by HTC for only giving it to AT&T or the other carriers for not carrying it? Never heard of anyone being mad at their carrier because they had more choices than others. Interesting.

Your seriously blaming AT&T for the 64 gb thing? They should be applauded for being the only carrier that would let us have that option. Your leaving them to go to a carrier that said no to giving their customers that option.
