HTC One reboot while update - Recovery mode loop help!

So I was doing the Andriod 5.0 Lollipop update, and I thought it froze, so I rebooted my phone, it started the update again, and then went into a screen with the phone on it with a red triangle which I now learned is recovery mode, I have tried everything, I factory reset (erased all user data) And everything like that, and it still comes back to this screen, can I get off of it? I am 13! :'(

Take the phone to the carrier's store. Tell them that the phone updated, then crashed. (Don't tell them that you rebooted during an update.) They can reflash the ROM. (Unfortunately, any data you may have had - pictures, songs, etc. - will be lost.)

Alright, I already deleted everything with factory reset, anything important was already backed up in case of this anyways.
