So I took my phone out of my pocket today and for some reason it was off. When I turned the phone on it got stuck on the quietly brilliant splash screen. I rebooted it several times but it always gets stuck on the splash screen. Same thing with recovery. When I tried a factory reset, the phone simply rebooted and got stuck on the splash screen again. I don't know what else to do! Any ideas?
If I have to get a new phone, will I be able to transfer my data (pictures!) from the old phone to the new phone?
