HTC One update to 1.29.651.10 failing

Not rooted and stock rom yet every time I go to update (from .7) it turns off, gives me a red exclamation mark and triangle and just restarts. Tried charging it to full and keeping plugged it with no luck.

Your phone probably didn't have enough power while updating.

it was at like 90%
