HTC One X freezes when not charging

Hello,

Two days ago i decided to install WhatsApp on my phone (International version). Few minutes later it froze when i was watching Youtube clip. It continued to freeze every time it rebooted.
Obviously i uninstalled that app, but it didn't help. I tried factory reset, recoveries, clearing cache but nothing worked.
The weird thing i noticed is that it never froze when charging. Doesn't matter from what source it was computer or outlet.

Does any of You know what might be cause of all of this ? I would much appreciate any help.

It would probably cost more in debugging time to find out exactly where the problem is than the phone costs retail. Back everything up (see Backing up an Android Device), bring it to your carrier and see if they can reflash the ROM. If that doesn't fix it, you have a hardware failure. (Or, since it's not under warranty, you can try reflashing the ROM yourself. But in either case, back everything up. Flashing a ROM gives you an out-of-the-box phone.)
