Htc One X OTA Update

Ok, my English isn't perfect. But please, if you don't understand, pm me or whatever. Because i desperately need help!

So, almost 1 year ago, i got the Htc One X. I rooted it, had somethings with clockworkmod and it was rooted. But i found out some bugs, and i freaked out, so i wanted the rooting of my phone.
(When you root your phone, you get this application. In that application, there is an option where it says delete root., i deleted the root.) But now i cant install the ota updates anymore, but it still keeps asking me this. How do i delete the clockworkmod or whatever do i need to do, to install the ota update?

The phone keeps saying there is an update available, so i click download and it starts to download. Then i say install, and it turns itself off and on and brings me to the clockworkmod menu. I cannot install this manually. As i have tried many many times.

Just hope you can help me! This has been bugging me for such a long time!

Thank you so much for the help, but i honestly have to tell you. I dont understand anything about that thread. I think i get the point, but i seriously dont understand. Not to bother you, but might you know a noob version of that ?? :$
