HTC Sense Music App

I really like the music app, except that it won't play gapless most of the time. I used to use Rocket Player, which plays gapless, but I was hoping that the native music app could take its place. Does anybody know how to get gapless playback?

As an aside, it will play gapless in my car when connected to my bluetooth stereo ... no idea why it does then and not any other time.
