I just updated with the OTA to 2.2 this morning. Now I can not open any RTSP links, it times out and says "Unable to connect to server". I use this everyday to watch two security cameras and it has always worked fine.I tried two links that i know are working and same thing.

I hard reset after the udate thinking something got messed up, still no go.

Can somebody try those links and see if you have the same problem?

Thanks for any help or direction.

I tried the feeds you provided and get the message "Cannot Play Video - unable to connect to server"

Ok I did a little debugging and found a workaround that works to stream RTSP again over 3G.

First, it still works over Wi-Fi just fine.
3G no longer works, and don't have 4G to test.

But if you enable your WiFi antenna (do not need to be connected to a router or anything), then RTSP works just fine.

I am guessing they disabled it when the 3G was the only antenna for some reason , but as soon as you turn on your Wifi antenna , it works again.

I confirmed this with the VLC Stream & Convert app which uses RTSP to stream video and music to your phone.

MX Video Player. You will not go wrong with that. Search it in the market. I mean Play Store.
