HTC Sync Manager Issues

When I connect my phone to my computer, HTC sync manager will open correctly however when I press sync it begins to sync but will stay indefinitely of 1%, has anyone else had this problem? and is so how do you fix it. At the moment it is incredibly frustrating as I can't put music onto my phone or take photos off it.

I'm sorry, not sure the fix for sync manager, but you can just drag and drop music and pictures both to your phone and to your computer. I've never used sync manager....
