Hi friends I am unable to install HTC syn manager on my laptop mine is Dell windows 7 home premium 64 bit. Any body can help me in installing HTC sync on my laptop

I have the same windows configuration and I had no trouble. Don't know what is happening.

make sure any antivirus program is disabled when you install it.

i have microsoft security essentials installed on my laptop, i tried the above suggestion of turning off the antivirus , still i am unable to install.

Count your blessings. I installed it on my laptop and it started taking over everything, all my photos, music, etc. I just wanted to back up my phone. I killed it and had a hard time getting rid of it. I think if you look for some independent reviews of HTC Sync, most say it stinks.
