htc sync?

how do i disable it. i get the recycling looking two arrows.

Go to accounts and sync in the settings, go to HTC Sense and uncheck HTC sense. Its continuously updating regardless of your settings.

FYI, the 2 arrows chasing each other are the sync arrows. It lets you know an app is syncing.
IF you see that you can go into settings and then Accounts and Sync. Then check each account untill you find the one with the arrows spinning.
The recycle one has 3 arrows.
