Yes, flawless. My Thunderbolt works FLAWLESSLY. Not one single issue. That being said, I feel all of the pain from people experiencing issues with reboots, GPS problems (had em too), etc. I have had issues as well but it almost seems as if my phone has "worked out the kinks" since buying it on March 17th. Anyone else out there loving a perfectly working device??? Can't put this thing down!!!

PS - With this post, I have definitely just cursed myself to getting tons of issues after I download the next update (hopefully G'Bread)

No problems here too except for the light leaks at the bottem, but that's not so bad I guess

I absolutely agree and have had the same great experience. By the way, I also bought mine on the 17th, so maybe we got a good batch....

I have read all the stories about problems with the Thunderbolt and I really haven't had many issues at all. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. No light leakage or screen issues, only a few reboots, and only once have I lost all data signal, and that was fixed with a factory reset. Other than that, no problems. I really love this phone! I had an Eris which I loved, and then my hubby talked me into a Fascinate when he got one and that I regretted. I missed my Eris believe it or not, and this phone is even better - way better than the Fascinate.

I'd had reboots here and there, but other than that... AMAZING experience since the 17th.

I got mine today and no problems so far, the only thing I don't like is if its plugged in and I go to type something it lags and the screen isn't responsive but once its off the charger everything is perfect. I hit 22mbps today on 4g too...

Agreed, and since I have rooted, and am already running a full Sense 3.0 GB phone, I have NO COMPLAINTS!!! Best phone I have ever owned!!!

No doubt. Rooting opens up a whole nother amazing world. The Bolt also sits in an awesome position from the dev community, a much under-appreciated fact. We have so many roms and styles that it's hard to even try more than 1 or 12.

How were you able to fix your GPS issue that so far has been my only problem and I cant find anything that works to fix it.

I've had this sucker since release and I have to say this is my favorite toy. I get all warm and fuzzy playing with it.
It's been a great phone and aside from a few minor issues (and mostly vzw's fault) that are really not issues at all I'm 100% happy.

Now of course if I was having reboots I'd be mad but thankfully I'm rooted so I have total control over my phone to test radio/kernel combos to find out what it likes.
I really do feel bad for you guys with the issues.

From what I've seen of the alpha Ginger bread release you guys are going to be very happy with that OTA comes out. And the fix it OTA that's coming in a week or two should fix at least the reboots generally.

GPS locks on in under 10 secs within 3 meters for me. I did have to do the GPS fix though...

First Droid since moving over from the Storm. Got it on Day 1 and haven't had any problems. Initially had some GPS issues, and sometimes still it takes longer than I think necessary to lock on. Other than that...no issues. Even got the courage to Root this baby...and still no problems. I feel lucky, as I have never had the issues that I read here. No reboots, no light leak. Battery drain is the only thing...but that's not a bug...just a poor design to use such a low powered battery.

I cant get my navigation to lock on for the life of me.

Have you installed an app like GPS status, to display the satellites?
Did you then reset and download new a-GPS data?
Did you then go outdoor in a clear space ( required for any true GPS) and leave it there for a long time running to aquire the satelites?

I have absolutely felt your pain concerning the GPS. I had issues for 2 MONTHS with the GPS but it ended up starting to work for me hence saying in my original post that my phone kind of "worked out the kinks". Here are all of the things I did to get it to work:

1. Battery Pull
2. Factory Reset
3. Downloaded GPS Status - Cleared GPS and Downloaded locations
4. Switched to 3G and tried the GPS
5. *Skip Google Maps and go straight to Google Navigator - let it sit until it picks up your location (this worked for me)

After doing all of these my GPS STILL did not work. However I continued to use GPS Status more and more and now my GPS now locks anywhere, anytime WITHOUT having to ever open GPS Status. Strange but true. Good luck brother.

Got my TB late March and had zero issues other than more than normal battery drain (well known issue). Rooted and installed Das BAMF 1.6.3 and the phone is even better and battery life is now about 24+ hrs under my light to light-moderate usage. Like any other GPS device I have owned the GPS locks within 30 sec to 2 min so no complaints with that. I was a Blackberry user for 6 yrs and Im extremely happy with my choice in this phone. Dev and community support is awesome.
