HTC Thunderbolt review: A DInc user's prospective

I am referring to the fact that the Incredible does not charge like all other phones. Once it reaches 100% charge, it will begin running off the battery instead of the charger. This has led to all the talk of bump charging.... I cannot believe you have not seen this issue talked about. Maybe you just misunderstood my question?

It was my understanding that this is how Android normally operates, in fact I'm pretty sure my Droid 1 and Galaxy Tab also did this.
