Hi I was hoping I can get some help with my problem. I'm trying to unlock my bootloader using htcdev but I keep getting this problem after I enter in my device token.

Unlocking Bootloader Failed!
Error Code:173
Error Reason: Check Rule Fail with exception.


Can anyone help me with this? I've unlocked many android phones before but my One is giving me issues

I am having the same issue, although I am with Verizon. If I find anything out I will let you know.

So apparently this is most likely a website issue, since I just 'successfully' submitted my token. Same as before that was getting rejected. Now I await the email.
