HTCDEV Unlock DOES work. - Not anymore -_-

After you unlocked (only) with HTCDEV (I assume not rooted as well?) did you notice any problems with camera functionality or HTC Sense or other HTC features?

Were you then able to delete (not just disable) 8 GB of installed Verizon bloatware?

Sacred to death of rooting process.

Dont worry about rooting your Verizon HTC One, its not possible they locked it down.
