HTML5 videos stopped working in Chrome only

Hi,

Google Chrome just suddenly became unable of playing HTML5 videos (Youtube, Vimeo, etc) on my HTC One M8.

I narrowed it down to Chrome as Firefox is able to play videos just fine. I have tried using Chrome Beta but the problem also occur on it.

My wife has exactly the same phone as me but she doesn't have this problem.

Is this a known bug? I need your guys help to resolve this.
