First time Android user. A cell phone store activated my phone after purchase. I noticed that youtube wasn't loading except when I connected to WiFi. Connected my phone to the PC and the guide said that I wasn't running on 3G but something called 1X. Had Cricket Wireless program the phone and now it works great.
