Huawei Ascend G6 L11 display problem. plz help

hello ppl

i have an huawei asceng G6 L11. A few days ago the phone suffered an accident and the screen broke in pieces.
I replaced the screen (display + digitalizer) but the new digitalizer dont work properly. when I press some areas of the screen that are left and right , they do not respond.



as you can see in the picture the spacebar dont work. same happens with other keys on this side of the screen.
Does anyone know what kind of failure is? hardware/software?

Welcome to Android Central! If you replaced the parts yourself, then I'd consider a loose connection, or some other problem that occurred during the repair.

i've checked all connectors, wires and circuits twice and they dont present any physical damage, all of them works properly.

Damage might not be visible, so that'll be hard to determine completely. Also, the part you got might have been defective.
