Huawei G8: "Data roaming" does not stay "on"

I am travelling overseas with my brand new Huawei G8. I have a roaming plan (Vodafone, 5$/day). But when I go to Settings -> More -> Mobile Network -> Data Roaming, and I try to put this "on", it automatically and systematically goes "off" as soon as I leave the page ! Note that the "Mobile data" option works properly (it stays "on" when it put it "on").

Any help, thanks a lot !!!

If you're already overseas, it's too late. The G8 will not allow you to enable data roaming unless you're connected to the home network. i.e. do it before you get on the plane!
