my huawei phone has problem . it gives me Huawei home is not responding.

I have Huawei model 7D-501L, and I am having trouble with it giving me "Huawei home not responding" every three seconds after I press "ok". I cannot use my phone like this. I cannot do the cache partition swipe, because my phone does not sense the up volume, only the down.
Please let me know if you know a way of fixing that, thank you.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps, select Huawei Home, and clear its cache and data. FYI, this will wipe your homescreens clean, so you'll have to set them up again, but typically doesn't take too long.
