Huawei MediaPad T2 7.0 Charging Problem?

I bought a 2ndhand Huawei MediaPad T2 and it has a problem with its charging. When i plugged it will charge but as soon as it reaches 30% it will eventually stop and won't even pass 30%. Can you fix it and how much will it cost me as a non-warranty?

Welcome to Android Central! It could be a failing battery. Bring it to a repair shop to get an estimate. I'd guess that a battery replacement would cost around $100-150, depending on the shop.
