I have purchased huawei p10 lite mobile phone outside india (Dubai) in June 2017 having following details
HUAWEI P10 LITE - MODEL - WAS-LX1A
Few days ago, i received an alert for updating the mobile, for which i downloaded the update and installed. Upon installation it asks for phone reboot. After that it did not start and goes in the Huawei eRecovery. It gives four options 1. Download latest version and recovery 2. Wipe data / factory reset 3. Reboot 4. Shutdown.
Upon Selecting Download Latest Version and Recovery, after connecting Wi-Fi, Error Comes "Getting Package Info from Server failed"
Even it does not allow to factory reset the phone.
The service center in India deny the support as the phone is purchased from outside India (Dubai).
Please help me reset the phone at the earliest.
