Huawei p20 lite beeping with no reason

Hi guys. So my hauwei p20 lite keeps beeping even though I have no new messages or notifications. Absolutely no activity. It beeps even when the screen is locked. Please help

Is the beeping happening on a regular basis, like every hour? Does it persist if you turn off NFC?
