Huawei P30 Pro - only charges but can't data transfer

Hello,

I have a weird problem with my P30 Pro. The USB type C seems to charge the phone but I can't transfer any data. It won't recognize it on any computer and switched to different type C cables. I tried connecting through Hi-Suite nothing will work. I cleaned the connector really well it had some dust but not too bad. Could it be a defective connector even though it still charges or a software malfunction? thank you.

It can definitely be a port issue on the phone. The data pins in the port could be broken while the power pins are still intact.

Also can try safe mode see if still problem.
