Huawei p8 internal storage is limited (4go instead of 16go)

Hi,
my phone has a problem.
I bought him in a site who give another life to phone.
But mine got a problem, here some screens of the version and the storage

Welcome to Android Central! If you approach 4 GB of used storage, does the phone give you low storage warnings?

My guess is that the reseller may have put in a different motherboard with less internal storage, or the phone might be a knockoff or clone. Can you contact the seller and ask about this discrepancy?
