Huawei P8 lite 2017 hangs when doing back up

Using HiSuite, I am trying to back up my Huawei P9 lite 2017. I have 'allowed' HiSuite to use HDB.
verything backs up until it gets to Apps/Data. It then hangs on 6 of 31 and the transfer speed freezes.
There is a notification dot on the 'settings' icon but I cannot find what this is referring to.
Any ideas, please?

APP BACK UP & RESTORE (as suggested by reply) IS A BROKEN APP.
Any other help out there, please?

One of the files in one of your apps, or one of your data files is bad in a particular way - but you'll have to fine it.

Or you can use App Backup & Restore to back up your apps (if it's a bad app file, it will hang showing the app it's backing up). Then uninstall that app and let HiSuite do the backup.

If it's not an app, look at all your pictures, watch all your videos all the way through, listen to all your music all the way through, until you find the file that doesn't work right. Delete it and run HiSuite again.

I merged your threads and moved them from the P8 Lite forum to the P9 forum (which I think is more appropriate for you P9 Lite, even though we don't have a dedicated P9 Lite forum).
