Huawei watch import

I'm having trouble finding out when this is available in the UK. If I was to import one from Germany, would it work in the UK? I know the USB power adapter would be different and need replacing but would that be the only issue?

I picked one up from the US a few days ago. Just using my UK phone charger (with the Huawei USB).

No issues so far.

You can just plug it into any usb charger or ports on your PC. This is the best picture of what it looks like. I have mine hooked up to my PC.
