Huawei Y530 does not boot/ after update on sd card the phone is locked

I found my old Huawei Y530 i tried to turn it on and it says " recovery image verify failed" on a black screen so it wont even start. I read some threads about making a update with the sd card´.... I fainally found some software and tried it now there is starring " FASTBOOT&RESCUE MODE
Please Connect Usb Cable to Your Computer and Open Hisuite
Phone Locked" so i tried to use Hisuite with the latest version but it does not recognize even the Smartphone, My pc does just the sound when i am connecting it. I dont know what i should do now, because every thread i read is saying that i have to change the setting from the phone, but i catn even boot it.

Have you installed the driver that came with HiSuite?
