Android Central Question
Often when I'm using the screen based keyboard it gives garbled options for spelling corrections, either half words, joined halves of words or in some extreme cases a mix letters that don't even make a word.
This seems to occur when using the opera browser (by no means the latest one) but it works for watching YouTube videos (without ads) while also being able to sign in and comment on them.
Something the default Chrome and the YouTube apps don't cater for.
What could be causing this since my personal user dictionary in the device settings only contains 3 words, none of which is this garbled stuff I've been getting.
I can't find any dictionary preferences/options in opera to see if it is somehow causing this.
PS: I have obviously tried googling with verbatim mode on, changed search terms, tried duckduckgo with and without quotes, also changing search terms and it always comes back with retarded results that don't fit my criteria. I wish there was a way to turn on pre-2010 Google so you can actually find answers to your problems again!
