I accidentally removed my fb icon how do I get fb and icon back

I lost my App and all of my information on there

Welcome to Android Central! Did you just remove it from the homescreen, or did you completely uninstall the app?

Open your App Drawer -- do you see Facebook still there?

Facebook just connects you to your Facebook account in the cloud, where all of your Facebook information is stored, so you won't have lost any of your information.
