I accidently spilled my ice all over my cellphone and it won't open or charge, how do I fix it?

I was sitting and I thought the ice cream was gone so I tried to ate the whole cone but the ice cream was spilled on my shirt and through my cellphone.

Any-who, it's likely that the phone has damage that can't be undone due to the moisture of the ice cream plus the sticky residue that'll be left over.
