I am getting notifications in Chrome from AC, How do I stop it. I am using Win 10

If you're using Chrome, just open the AC site (blog and/or forums), tap the secure icon next to the address bar (looks like a lock) and change the Notifications state from Allow to Block. Simple!

PS: AC doesn't automatically add itself to your Notification allow list, it asks for permission, which you (at some point) agreed to (most people see a pop up and automatically hit OK...).
