I am having a problem with my moto g 4 play audio

[AC Question]

My problem is that I got brand new set earbuds and my music keeps playing through the speakers Everytime I hook them in and I've confirmed it isn't the earbuds by using them elsewhere and I've even tried the lint thing and there's no lint in it....now what do I do?
