I am having issues with my Galaxy Note, I am getting an error message that the IMEI, WIFI and MAC ID are not valid. can anyone help?

$200 Galaxy Note Trade in issue w/ IMEI/WiFi MAC

One of the fortunates that got his T-Mo Galaxy Note 4 early and tried to submit my pre order and trade in paper work for the Samsung credit but I am getting a message that both the IMEI and WiFi MAC are not valid. Anyone else tried submitting successfully?

They may not have them all loaded given the early release. Wait a week or two.

You can't send in a claim until your new Note 4 is activated!

Did you get any sense of how long that process would be? I haven't looked over the mail in instructions but may consider it if it's not a 6 week process to find out if you are approved for the rebate.
