I am locked out!!

[Android Central Question]

I went to ADM, found phone, clicked on "Lock" and all it says is phone is locked. It gives me no way to UNLOCK it!

Welcome to Android Central! If you lock it, it's locking with the screen lock method you originally created for the phone. If the phone never had a screen lock created, then Find My Device gives you the option of creating a screen lock password/PIN.
