I am missing a lot of calls and messages left

I am not getting all my phone calls or voicemails. People leave me voice messages and I get no alerts. I go to my voice mail and there is nothing there. It is so random. Sometimes it doesn't even ring. Is my voice mail not set up correctly? This system for setting it up is very confusing

Sounds like something with your network. Try having the carrier reset your phone on the network.
