Software update availability depend on a variety of factors. The first being, is your phone scheduled to get the update. The next depends on when your carrier (Eg, T-Mobile, AT&T) release the update to you and lastly, when the OEM, in this case Samsung, release the update to the carriers.

Just be patient. If others using the same device have received the update, yours is coming.

Ya i have another same device.. But on that device i have software update option..
