I am not able to configure galaxy S3 after hard reset?

I reset my phone and now when I turn it on There comes the configuration screen that asks for the phone configuration like select Language and userName but after few steps it comes back to the same spot that is the first step a kind of loop you can say.
How can I get out of it.
