I am not being notified of the threads I susbscribe too

I have subscribed to a couple threads but I dont get notified when thier is a reply, its kinda of embarassing when I started the thread and dont repsond for days....lol,,,please help, thanks

You need to go into your User CP and change your subscription settings. They are disabled.
