If I do a full conversion to GPe, will I be able to restore my apps via Titanium? I don't remember reading if GPe is or can be rooted.

While you likely can, I would suggest installing fresh on the apps. It's a pita, but you may have a better experience that way.

I don't think it matters with user and even system applications, however restoring system data will cause issues, FC errors and such. Just restore user applications rather than system data.

Ok. I did the full conversion last night and am very happy to be at 4.3. Got a couple of questions.

SuperSU tells me the binary needs to be updated. Since I no longer have TWRP or CWM, then my only choice is "normal" which just sits there and hangs. Google Play Store says it's up to date. So, how do I fix this? I knew how to update the binary when I had TWRP.

Also whenever I reboot. The default messanger tells me there are new messages, even though I've read them through Textra. I have to pull up messaging for it to not say that next time.

Finally, I'm guessing there is no Nandroid backup available until I can install TWRP or CWM?
