I am stuck in factory mode AND battery not charging, what should I do?

stuck in factory mode AND battery not charging

my Samsung s4 has randomly gone into factory mode, and also it says it is charging but the battery percentage is going down. are these at all related? or have i struck bad luck twice coincidentally?

Welcome to Android Central! That might be a problem. If the EFS partition (which contains important phone-related data like the IMEI, MAC address, etc) gets corrupted, then Factory Mode might become enabled. Is this what you're seeing?
