I am stuck in safe mode, how can I get out of it?

stuck in safe mode

my htc one m7 is stuck in safe mode and when i go in hboot to try do a factory reset i try press the power button to select the option and it doesnt do anything at first i thought it was my power button that broke but it still lets me turn the phone on and off... can anyone help with this as its driving me crazy... thanks

yes i did but after messing around with the phone i discovered the it was a different problem thats why i posted this one and ive still dont know how to get it out of safe mode?

Try selecting Recovery in the HBOOT menu, then either wipe the cache partition in the Recovery Menu, or do a factory reset from there: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11848

Restart your phone to exit safemode.press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds
