I can't make call with my phone but can actually receive,recharge and do many things

Hello can anyone give me any ideas on why for the last two days I can't make calls from my phone HTC One A9 but can receive them? Any other Android central users experiencing this problem? Messaging is fine, thanks

Check with your carrier - it sounds more like an account problem than a phone problem.
