I bought dome protector an it cracked??

I bought it when I bought my note 9 so it's not supposed to crack an also the dome shape doesn't cover the entire screen an gets lint on the sides,we didnt even drop the cell it was poppin off an when my husband touch it to fix then it cracked now we out of 20$ an looking for a new ne!!!

Same thing happened to me. These screen protectors for the Note 9, because they stick only on the edges allow movement in the middle. They are thin and brittle like a thin potato chip. The slightest bit of twisting movement cracks them. Mine was on a couple of days and it cracked. I am now using a Clayco case and screen protector all in one unit. It doesn't glue down, just snaps on and is locked in place by the case. Looks good, good screen sensitivity, and provides good protection.
