I bought headset of red gear but it’s mic is not working in pubg and I can’t even accept calls

It is redgear cosmo 7.1 headset i bought otg cable to connect it to my android phone but mic is not working please help

Does audio work at all? Since this is seems to be an USB headset, you might need a special app (think of drivers for a computer) for that to work with anything other than just audio. Plugged in and BT headsets are different because those are supported natively in the system, but USB ones are a different story.
