I can´t connect to a public WIFI, I have a Galaxy A7 2017

I have a Galaxy A7 2017, I recentrly updated my phone to android oreo, but when i try to connect to a public WIFI i can´t do it, appears a message that say " captive portal login has stopped". I have already cleaned cache and data.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that you cleared the cache and data for the CaptivePortalLogin app itself, or did you do a general app cache wipe?

As you already know from this other thread you posted in (https://forums.androidcentral.com/a...n-page-after-oreo-8-0-update.html#post6451165) and also this one (https://forums.androidcentral.com/a...ot-working-since-oreo-update.html#post6449548), it looks like you're not the only person who's having issues. It's certainly possible Samsung broke something about the CaptivePortalLogin with the Oreo update. Send them some feedback, and hopefully they'll issue a patch for it.
