I can enter my password on my Samsung note 3 because it say the keyboard does not want to display

Welcome to Android Central! Does this persist after rebooting? If so, then try connecting a basic USB keyboard via OTG cable to enter the password. If you can get in that way, then go to the App Manager, select the keyboard app, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now see if the keyboard works. You may also want to install an alternate keyboard like Google Keyboard.
